For long-distance continuous conveyance of bulk granular and powder materials, conventional vibratory equipment often brings heavy dynamic load to plant foundations. Our two-mass resonant vibratory trough conveyor solves this pain point. This resonant conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, food and powder processing industries. It moves bulk solids steadily along the trough with low energy consumption and low base vibration. It can be manufactured as an open trough or fully sealed trough with covers for dust containment.

The system consists of two mass bodies connected by elastic plate springs:

1. Upper mass: vibratory trough, liner plate and conveyed material
2. Lower mass: base frame and vibratory motor / exciter unit

The equipment runs near its natural resonant frequency. The two mass→ two masses vibrate in opposite directions. Most inertial forces cancel each other internally. Only minimal vibration is transmitted to the ground foundation.

That is why we can obtain stable amplitude with relatively low motor power, even for long trough designs.
